  • EQUIPMENTS
    The High-Performance Surfing Centre of Nazaré is equipped with various equipment for the practice of different types of training, namely: Cardiovascular; Force; Functional and Muscle Recovery.

  • CARDIOVASCULAR TRAINING
    It is the ability to perform dynamic, moderate to high, intensity exercises involving large muscle groups for long periods of time.

  • STRENGTH TRAINING

    Strength training involves performing physical exercises that are designed to improve strength and endurance, and they are often associated with lifting weights. It can also incorporate a variety of training techniques such as calisthenics, isometrics and plyometrics.
  • FUNCTIONAL TRAINING
    Functional training is characterized by developing your performance as a whole. In an integrated way and without isolated actions, the individual's daily or sporting activities are carried out to improve his physical condition or technical gestures. It is a type of training that can serve as a complement to bodybuilding.

  • MUSCLE RECOVERY
