Biography
Born in São Bernardo do Campo, Brazil, Marcelo Luna had his life transformed through surfing at age 16. Today, at age 32, he is known for surfing a 14 meter wave with his forearm ligaments broken and immobilized. This happened in his first visit to Nazaré. With that wave, he was nominated for the Red Chargers 2015/2016 Excellent Award prize, side by side with the most renowned surfers in the world.
