Biography
Rodrigo Koxa was bom in 1979 and is a native of Guaruja (SP) Brazil. Known for riding big waves around the world since 1995, he is specialized in barreis, but he also loves surfing small waves. My first time in Nazaré was in the historie swell of 2013. lhe following year, on December 11, 1 found the biggest waves that I have ever seen in my life and I experienced my greatest terror as well. After catching three waves, 1 ended up being swept by a huge set to Praia do Norte. 1 prayed a lot not to go against the rocks under the lighthouse. These were defining moments, and until today I am grateful to God and Our Lady of Nazaré. My team mates are the portuguese Sérgio Cosme and the brazilian Vitor Faria.
